ZOIE'S GARDEN GALLERY

1Artist NANCY ROCK ENDRES
Nancy Rock Endres’ art has been greatly influenced through the development of her backyard jewel, Zoie’s Garden. It was featured in Midwest Living Magazine in 2005 as the Healing Garden, and was a tour destination for Frederik Meijer Gardens’ docents. As a new member, Nancy is excited to focus on the opening of her studio gallery for the first time. She is planning watercolor demonstrations both days of the tour. Weather permitting, Nancy will harvest a lotus leaf from her naturalized lotus ponds and demonstrate how to cast it in cement. These castings make beautiful additions to any garden. People are encouraged to tour the front gardens and choose a remembrance lotus pod harvested last fall. Zoie’s (meaning “life” in Greek) Garden continues to provide a rich retreat for sculpting, and for creating brilliant transparent watercolors featuring nature-inspired art and familiar scenes from the South Haven area.
