Located on a scenic back road in a turn-of-the-century schoolhouse, Blue Roan Studio features the work of Jessica Bohus who creates whimsical animals and unique jewelry using a variety of glass and metal techniques.
Jessica's recent work is larger in scale and has moved from dense wound figures to having one single line of wire outline the suggestion of a form.
"I think of these figures as "carved air" - the line of the wire gives mass to the air it surrounds."
